Integration · In progress
A listing management and portal syndication system, present in Polish agencies for years. Strong at handling large listing databases.
This integration is in progress. We prioritise the work based on requests from agencies - if you work on Galactica, let us know. Agencies that get in touch now are onboarded first and help shape the scope of the sync.
Scope
What will synchronise
- Property listings and their statuses
- Contact details of owners and clients
- The agent assigned to each listing
Why
Why agencies connect them
Galactica handles publishing listings well, but it does not answer the question of how your team is working. AgentSpace adds goals, the pipeline, commissions and practice, without replacing the listing system.
Division of roles
What Galactica does and what AgentSpace does
The systems do not overlap - each one owns a different stage of the agency's work.
Galactica
- The listing database and how listings look
- Syndication to property portals
- Listing documentation
AgentSpace
- Team work: goals, pipeline, tasks for the day
- Commission settlement and the deal record
- Call practice with the AI Coach
- Owner dashboard and reports
Working on Galactica?
Tell us how a listing and a client move through your agency today. We will say plainly whether connecting it to AgentSpace makes sense for you.
