What it does

What Goals and pipeline does

01

A funnel calculated backwards

Calls → meetings → listing agreements → buyers → sales. You enter the annual target and the system shows what it means today.

02

Daily tracker

The agent sees one ring: how much of today's goal is already done. Closing the day is celebrated, which works better than a table.

03

Weekly plan

The target spread across working days, taking holidays and field days into account.

04

History

Six weeks back. You see the trend, not one bad day.

The problem

Why this hurts

“Forty deals this year” is not a goal, it is a wish. Without converting it into calls and meetings per week, nobody knows whether the plan is on track until it is too late.

Who it is for

For the agent: clarity about what to do today. For the owner: an early signal that somebody is starting to slip.

Questions

Before you ask

The questions that come up about this module on the first call.

Where do the funnel numbers come from?

From the activities agents record anyway: calls, meetings and agreements. Nobody fills in a separate report.

What if an agent misses their target?

You see it straight away rather than at the end of the quarter. The system shows which stage of the funnel is short, so the conversation is about something specific.

Who sets the targets, the owner or the agent?

Both. The owner sets the agency target, the agent their own. The system breaks them down into weeks and days.
